This journey takes you through some of Uganda’s best wildlife and nature destinations, beginning and ending in Entebbe.

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe
A company representative meets you at Entebbe airport and takes you to your hotel for dinner and the night. Stay at Cassia Lodge or Kampala Lodge.

Day 2: Journey to Murchison Falls National Park
After a hearty breakfast, drive to Murchison Falls National Park, stopping for lunch in Masindi. You reach the park by evening, near the top of the falls. Dinner and overnight at Red Chilli Rest Camp, Sambiya River Lodge or Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Game Drive and Nile Boat Cruise
Start early with a morning game drive, then return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise down the Nile toward the base of the falls. Dinner and overnight at the same lodge options as Day 2.

Day 4: Drive to Kibale Forest
After breakfast, travel to Kibale Forest National Park, arriving in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Mountains of the Moon, Chimpanzee Guest House or Chimps Nest Lodge.

Day 5: Primate Trekking and Bigodi Wetland Walk
Spend the morning on a forest walk looking for chimpanzees, other primates and forest birds. In the afternoon, explore the Bigodi Wetlands on foot to spot more birds and primates. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 6: On to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park and take an afternoon boat cruise. Dinner and overnight at Ihamba Safari Lodge or Hippo Hill Camp.

Day 7: Dawn Game Drive, Then Bwindi
Set out at first light on a game drive, when predators such as leopards, lions and hyenas are often still active. In the afternoon, travel to Bwindi, arriving by evening. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Forest Camp or Buhoma Community Rest Camp.

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Cultural Visit
Begin the gorilla trek from the park headquarters in the morning. Treks can take anywhere from 1 to 8 hours. In the evening, visit the Batwa community for a cultural performance. Dinner and overnight at the same lodges as Day 7.

Day 9: Travel to Lake Mburo National Park
Drive to Lake Mburo National Park and enjoy a boat ride on the lake in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Mihingo Lodge or Arcadia Cottages.

Day 10: Final Walk and Return to Kampala
After breakfast, take a nature walk to see animals such as buffalo, zebra, impala and waterbuck. Then enjoy a game drive on the way out through Nshara Gate. You reach Kampala in the evening and are taken to Entebbe airport for your flight, or you can spend the night at Cassia Lodge or Kampala Lodge.
